September 4, 2010: The 2010 Inter-Bank Football Competition will kick off on Sunday at the NWC playfield, Mona, with the traditional dress parade and one-day five-a-side rally.

The event will kick off at 10 a.m. For the fourth-straight year, Jamaica National Building Society and Western Sports Limited will be the sponsors of the competition. A total of nine teams will be participating for the Banker's Association Five-A-Side Trophy. They are defending champions Scotiabank Group, Jamaica National Building Society, National Commercial Bank Insurance, RBTT Bank, First Caribbean International Bank, Bank Of Jamaica, First Global Bank, ICWI and Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited. The league competition for the Norman Goodison Trophy will commence on Sunday September 12, with three matches.
